1. Subdomain Leasing Terms

When leasing subdomains (e.g., under `daas.cloud`), you agree not to host malicious content, malware, phishing sites, or illegal resources. Violations will result in immediate termination of the DNS A record routing without refund.

2. Diagnostic Tools Usage

The speed test, latency checks, and hardware diagnostic checkers are provided "as-is". DaaS Cloud is not responsible for any local diagnostic inaccuracies or ISP performance reporting errors.

3. Billing & Cancellations

Subdomain leases are billed monthly at $9.99/month. You can cancel renewals at any time via your support desk, and DNS records will remain active until the end of your billing cycle.

4. Acceptable System Usage

You agree not to frame, DDoS, scrape, or otherwise overload the diagnostic backends or API infrastructure of DaaS Cloud. Abuse of free diagnostic tools may result in temporary IP access blocks.
