End User License Agreement

1. Scope of License

DaaS Cloud grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the diagnostics and remote desktop portal interface in accordance with this agreement.

2. Restrictions

You may not reverse-engineer, frame, or scrape the diagnostic systems or traffic metrics of the DaaS Cloud portal. The subdomain lease service does not transfer proprietary ownership of the `daas.cloud` domain.

3. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

For leased subdomains, DaaS Cloud targets a 99.9% DNS routing availability. If routing is disrupted due to registrar-level issues, we will work to restore service, but we are not liable for business downtime losses.
